Remote Support Options
Instructions for TeamViewer Host Install:
- go to http://cadable.com/
- click on care
- click on remote support
- click on "Add your computer to our support queue"
- run the teamviewer host installer
- when the installer comes up, click "next" (you do not need to check "advanced settings")
- select "company / commercial use"
- you can leave the computer name as is (it uses the hostname of the computer)
- use the CADABLE provided password unique to your account
- click "next," click "finish"
- one last dialog box will pop up, select "Allow and finish"
