LEVEL 1 - Annual Plan

LEVEL 1 is intended for small networks of less than 20 workstations, 1 server, and 1 physical location.

Services include:

  • 15-minute response time during business hours

  • 2-hour Emergency response time after business hours

  • Remote Management Support through TeamViewer

  • Web-based, end-user facing Support Ticket System

  • Workstation and Server patch management

  • On-site support as needed at reduced rate of $95 per hour

  • Documentation of Network Topology and SOPs

  • On-premise and Cloud backup monitoring

  • Network Health Monitoring

  • Annual Dust removal of Servers and Workstations

LEVEL 2 - Annual Plan

LEVEL 2 is intended for mid-sized networks consisting of up to 50 workstations, up to 4 servers, and spanning across no more than 2 physical locations.

Includes all services in Level 1 plus:

  • Disaster Recovery Planning documentation

  • WAN Optimization

  • CAD Management Services

  • Microsoft 365 Management

  • Quarterly site visits for wellness checks of your network and maintenance of your critical equipment


LEVEL 3 - Annual Plan

LEVEL 3 is intended for large networks consisting of up to 100 workstations and 8 servers. This package supports Enterprises spanning the globe, using a combination of on-premise hosted Applications and Cloud Providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.

Includes services in Levels 1 & 2 plus:

  • 16 hours of Custom development towards Microsoft framework platforms, VB, C++

  • 24/7 Support for mission-critical applications

  • Monthly site visits for wellness checks of your network and maintenance of your critical equipment

LEVEL 4 - Annual Plan

CIO-level IT Management for mid-size business

LEVEL 4 is intended for large networks of more than 100 workstations and 8 servers.

This package includes all of the benefits of Levels 1 thru 3, with the addition of Cloud-Based VDIs such as FRAME, Azure, and AWS Workspaces. Your team can purchase additional CADABLE Services and Training at a 50% discount.

  • 64 hours of IT Consulting time to be used Annually for updates and enhancements to your Enterprise Infrastructure on an as-needed basis

  • Real-time Management and Monitoring of AWS, Azure, and FRAME as it applies to your Enterprise

  • Unlimited “How to” support topics that generally take less than 30 minutes to work through
