On-site support as needed at reduced rate of $95 per hour

LEVEL 2 is intended for mid-sized networks consisting of up to 50 workstations, up to 4 servers, and spanning across no more than 2 physical locations.
Includes all services in Level 1 plus:
Disaster Recovery Planning documentation
WAN Optimization
CAD Management Services
Microsoft 365 Management
Quarterly site visits for wellness checks of your network and maintenance of your critical equipment
LEVEL 3 is intended for large networks consisting of up to 100 workstations and 8 servers. This package supports Enterprises spanning the globe, using a combination of on-premise hosted Applications and Cloud Providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
Includes services in Levels 1 & 2 plus:
16 hours of Custom development towards Microsoft framework platforms, VB, C++
24/7 Support for mission-critical applications
Monthly site visits for wellness checks of your network and maintenance of your critical equipment
CIO-level IT Management for mid-size business
LEVEL 4 is intended for large networks of more than 100 workstations and 8 servers.
This package includes all of the benefits of Levels 1 thru 3, with the addition of Cloud-Based VDIs such as FRAME, Azure, and AWS Workspaces. Your team can purchase additional CADABLE Services and Training at a 50% discount.
64 hours of IT Consulting time to be used Annually for updates and enhancements to your Enterprise Infrastructure on an as-needed basis
Real-time Management and Monitoring of AWS, Azure, and FRAME as it applies to your Enterprise
Unlimited “How to” support topics that generally take less than 30 minutes to work through
Managed IT for CAD includes:
Unlimited license file management
Hosting of license file on AWS if desired
